Job summary

A boutique law firm in the UK is seeking an interim Employment Lawyer to assist with a variety of employment law matters on an ad hoc basis. Job description

Job Description:

A boutique law firm specializing in Employment law is seeking to hire an interim Employment Lawyer to assist on an ad hoc basis. There is potential for this position to become permanent.

The firm comprises former City lawyers and handles a steady pipeline of work, including approximately 10 settlement agreements weekly. Additional projects involve employee due diligence for larger organizations. The scope of work can be tailored to the candidate's experience.

The ideal candidate should have experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including drafting employment contracts, negotiating entry and exit packages for senior employees, settling agreements, advising on grievance and disciplinary processes, HR compliance, dismissal advice, employment tribunals, restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, and high court enforcement.

This role is fully remote within the UK and can be performed on an ad hoc hourly basis or day rates. Interested candidates should apply for further information.
