Job summary

Hedron Network is seeking a System Consultant to support Partner Brokers across the UK with Acturis and Hedron IT solutions. You will implement, train and troubleshoot while liaising with Hedron departments to resolve issues and promote services.

Working remotely with preferred proximity to London, you will travel as needed and maintain strong relationships, ensure governance, and deliver high-quality customer service to drive efficiency and growth for our partners.

Qualifications

• Ability to own a panel of Partner Brokers using Acturis.
• Strong training delivery and classroom/remote facilitation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and install Acturis for Partner Brokers.
• Provide training on Hedron Network IT solutions.
• Resolve broking and accounting issues with internal teams and partners.
• Travel across the UK as required; hold a full driving licence.
