Job summary

JMG Group is seeking a Systems Analyst to support Acturis users and manage system configuration across the group. Reporting to the Broking Systems Manager, you will add users, update profiles, add insurers, produce reports for the business and senior management, and identify opportunities to simplify processes.

You will play a pivotal role in data migration from legacy systems into the group Acturis instance, focusing on embedding efficient ways of working from the outset to maximise value.

Qualifications

• Be articulate and confident with excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Interest in assuring client outcomes through accurate and efficient use of Acturis.
• Experience using Acturis and helping others use it more effectively (advantage but not required).
• Professional and technical skills from within an insurance broking environment.
• Ability to gain buy-in from others and work collaboratively to support colleagues."
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask.
• Good understanding of change management.
• Be numerate, IT literate and comfortable with data analytics to support better system insight and decision-making.
• Good working knowledge of Excel to support the production of reports, data checks and analysis of system usage trends.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work to key designated timescales.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Acturis support and resolve user queries.
