Job summary

Elite Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Acturis specialist for a fully remote role with occasional travel to London. The candidate will manage a portfolio of clients in the South West and surrounding areas, delivering system enhancements, training, and ongoing support within a forward-thinking insurance organisation.

Key responsibilities include acting as the main Acturis contact, designing training, and driving process improvements across the business.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience using Acturis platform.
• Insurance sector background (Brokers/Account Handlers/Executives).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to coach and develop others.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver system improvements and support ongoing development of the Acturis platform.
• Act as a key point of contact for Acturis-related queries across the business.
• Design and deliver training to colleagues at all levels.
• Support users with day-to-day system issues and troubleshooting.
• Assist in configuration, document creation, and workflow optimisation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to enhance system usage and efficiency.

You will play a key part in enhancing system functionality, supporting colleagues across the organisation, and driving efficiency through training and continuous improvement. If you’re an Acturis “super user” looking for a fresh challenge away from a traditional broking role, this position offers the perfect opportunity to leverage your expertise in a more strategic and impactful way.You will look after a portfolio of clients ideally in and around the South West and travel will be required. This is a full time, permanent role working remotely with a salary of up to £50,000 plus car allowance and benefits.

• Strong experience using Acturis, including document creation
• Background within the insurance sector (ideal for Brokers, Account Handlers or Account Executives seeking a new direction)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote setting
