Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is looking for a Childcare Activity Leader in Croydon to run after-school and breakfast club activities for children aged 4–11. You will deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities, supervise with care, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment during split shifts (7:30–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm) under a term-time contract.

The role offers paid training, development opportunities, and discounts on childcare for staff.

• Supervise children with care and enthusiasm ensuring inclusivity
• Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out processes with a friendly approach
• Work split shifts mornings and afternoons (7:30–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm)
• Be a team player who can take the lead when needed

At Junior Adventures Group, we’re not just childcare, we’re champions of fun! From football to face painting, scavenger hunts to snack time, you'll bring smiles, laughter, and energy to our Breakfast & After School Clubs for children aged 4–11.
This role is split shift, meaning you'll work mornings and afternoons, with a break in between (great for studying, hobbies, family, or even a nap!). You’ll also have the opportunity to increase your hours during Holiday Club seasons and Lunchtime Cover.

What you'll do day-to-day:

• Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities like multi-sports, arts & crafts, group games, and creative play.

• Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and included.

What we’re looking for:
