Job summary

Junior Adventures Group in Maidstone is seeking a Childcare Activity Leader to run engaging, age-appropriate activities for children aged 4-11 as part of Breakfast & After School Clubs.

The role offers split shifts (7:30-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm) during Term Time, with potential to increase hours during Holiday Club seasons and Lunchtime Cover. A positive, energetic team environment awaits you.

• Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and included.
• Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out processes with a friendly face and attention to detail.
• Work split shifts: 7:30-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm, perfect for work-life balance or those seeking part-time fun.
• Be a team player who can also take the lead when needed.

At Junior Adventures Group, we’re not just childcare, we’re champions of fun! From football to face painting, scavenger hunts to snack time, you'll bring smiles, laughter, and energy to our Breakfast & After School Clubs for children aged 4-11.
This role is split shift, meaning you'll work mornings and afternoons, with a break in between (great for studying, hobbies, family, or even a nap!). You’ll also have the opportunity to increase your hours during Holiday Club seasons and Lunchtime Cover.

What we’re looking for:

• Someone who loves working with children and brings a positive, can-do attitude

• Bonus points if you have experience in teaching, coaching, childcare, or youth work (but not essential, personality goes a long way!)
