• Facilities management qualification (HND, Diploma, etc.).
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Experience maintaining a facility and leading a service-based team.

Responsibilities

• Act as Duty Manager and ensure daily safe operation and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and train the health & safety team as per company standards.
• Manage maintenance and supervise contractors for a service-led facility.
