David Lloyd Clubs in Leicester is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Manager to lead a team across indoor and outdoor operations, ensuring quality meals and excellent service for members.

You will manage events such as summer BBQs and quiz nights, drive guest satisfaction, and foster an inclusive club culture where colleagues can thrive. The role also offers opportunities for career advancement through internal training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Deliver high quality food and exceptional service to members.
• Strong team player with collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated individual with pride in delivering great quality food and service.
