David Lloyd Clubs is seeking an Operations Assistant to support across the club, ensuring members feel safe and enjoy an excellent experience every day, seven days a week. The role involves helping with cleaning, opening/closing tasks, greeting members, and backing teams as needed.

The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, with opportunities for internal development. A strong customer-service mindset is essential to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Has an over all passion for customer service.
• A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• An Emergency Response Qualification is desirable not but essential for this role.
