Job summary

davidlloyd Kingston is seeking a passionate Family Activity Supervisor to lead the children’s activities across Core Club Programme, Holiday Active Programmes and parties, delivering with structure and enthusiasm.

You will guide a team, ensure safety, excellent customer service, and compliance with the Children’s Safety Guide, while creating an inclusive, thriving club culture with benefits like free membership and career progression.

Qualifications

• Must hold a qualification in a relevant teaching, childcare or sports coaching discipline.
• Ability to lead a group of children with confidence and energy and demonstrate excellent customer service.
• Ensure all services delivered to children meet the Children’s Safety Guide requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the club’s children’s activities including Core Club Programme, Holiday Active Programmes and parties.
• Manage a team to maximise participation and ensure safety and high service standards.
• Maintain strong communication with participants and guardians and uphold club policies.

About you :

As a Family Activity Supervisor :

• You must have a qualification in a relevant teaching, childcare or sports coaching discipline
• Be able to lead and manage a group of children with confidence and energy and demonstrate excellence in customer service
• Ensuring that all services delivered to children meet all requirements of the Children's Safety Guide at all times
• Have overall great communication and interaction skills
