David Lloyd Clubs in Bromsgrove seeks an Activities Manager to lead and coordinate activities across Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families, while acting as Duty Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will recruit, train and empower a large team, partnering with departments to deliver an exceptional member experience and a welcoming club culture.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility.
• Experience leading functions across multiple departments or areas.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in financial planning and management.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage activities across Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families.
• Regularly act as Duty Manager to oversee club operations.
