Job summary

Cygnet Health Care is seeking an Acting Team Leader at Dene Brook, a specialist residential service for people with learning disabilities, complex needs and autism. The role covers day-to-day running, supervision and administrative duties, with emphasis on medical and welfare support.

The position is full-time (42 hours/week) on 12-hour day shifts with a rolling two-week rota. An enhanced DBS check is required, with opportunities for development and career progression within the service.
