Norcott House in West Yorkshire part of Cygnet is seeking an Acting Team Leader with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare. You will split shifts between acting team leader duties and supported living tasks, supervising staff, allocating duties and ensuring safe, person-centred care for adults with complex needs.
The role is full-time (42 hours/week) with 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends.

You'll be working full time 42 hours a week,12hour shifts, including alternate weekends, days only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Norcott House. You will work some shifts as a support worker, and some shifts as a team leader, allocating duties, giving medication, supervising the staff team and demonstrating best practice. Located in the suburbs of Liversedge in West Yorkshire, Norcott House is a specialist residential service providing outcome focused care for adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge.
