Salary for acting team leader shifts is £15.39 per hour, with progression to higher rates for other roles and development opportunities. DBS check is required, and duties include supervision, care, and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience as a support worker with readiness to step into supervision.
• Excellent communication and team-working abilities.
• Will ing to undergo enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day running of the service and supervise staff.
• Provide physical and emotional support and medical welfare assistance.
