Lidl GB is launching an Acquisitions Graduate programme that rotates through our Acquisitions and Real Estate teams. The 23‑month fixed term contract sits across regions including Midlands & Wales and London. The role develops site sourcing, assessment and negotiation skills within a growing retail business.

The programme includes a video interview and assessment centre, with Tolworth Head Office as a key location, and offers industry perks and a clear development path for future professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2:2 or higher.
• Eligible to work in the UK full-time and provide proof when required.
• Able to commute/relocate to Tolworth Head Office in South West London.

Responsibilities

• Develop acquisitions expertise and skills.
• Spend time in Retail, Logistics and Real Estate teams to gain all‑round knowledge.
• Learn how a rapidly growing retail business operates from the ground up.
• Take on real project responsibility and make a tangible difference.
• Gain exposure to a national Real Estate team and learn the market inside out.
• Understand how a successful Real Estate team operates and what skills you need to thrive.
