Job summary

Lidl UK is seeking a graduate to rotate across Real Estate operations in our Head Office, Tolworth, with a 23‑month fixed term programme. You’ll work on large projects, sustainability initiatives, and compliance, developing as a Real Estate and Project Management professional.

You'll gain hands‑on experience across Supply Chain, Logistics, and other teams, take on real project responsibilities, and contribute to Lidl’s ambitious growth while supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• A minimum 2:2 degree (in any discipline).
• A degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management or other relevant discipline is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to communicate confidently across all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise and management capabilities.
• Spend time in Supply Chain, Logistics, Real Estate, and other Head Office teams to gain broad knowledge.
• Learn how Lidl operates a rapidly growing retail business from the ground up.
• Take on real project responsibility and contribute to business impact.
• Gain exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Understand how a successful Head Office Retail team operates and what skills you need to thrive.
