Lidl GB is launching an Acquisitions Graduate programme that rotates through our Acquisitions and Real Estate teams. The 23‑month fixed term contract sits across regions including Midlands & Wales and London. The role develops site sourcing, assessment and negotiation skills within a growing retail business.
The programme includes a video interview and assessment centre, with Tolworth Head Office as a key location, and offers industry perks and a clear development path for future professionals.

Laying the groundwork for your success, the Lidl Acquisitions Graduate programme gives you the opportunity to rotate through our Acquisitions and Real Estate departments, learning how we source, assess and secure the best retail sites in a competitive market. You’ll be solving complex challenges in a fast-paced environment, while following a structured training programme that gives you real world experience and exposure right from the start of your journey. From site selection and planning to stakeholder management and operational excellence, you’ll develop the skills needed to succeed in one of the UK’s most competitive industries, fast-tracking your growth as a future professional.
The process will also include a video interview and face-to-face assessment centre held in our Head Office in Tolworth on 30/11/2026 & 01/12/2026.
