This is a National Programme with Year 1 based in a region stated below and Year 2 based in London. Scotland - Includes the whole of Scotland. North - Newton Aycliffe, Leeds, Runcorn & Doncaster Regions. Midlands & Wales - Peterborough, Wednesbury & Bridgend Regions. London - Battersea, Belvedere & Luton Regions. South - Bristol, Exeter, Southampton & Northfleet Regions.

Laying the groundwork for your success, the Lidl Acquisitions Graduate programme gives you the opportunity to rotate through our Acquisitions and Real Estate departments, learning how we source, assess and secure the best retail sites in a competitive market. You'll be solving complex challenges in a fast-paced environment, while following a structured training programme that gives you real world experience and exposure right from the start of your journey. From site selection and planning to stakeholder management and operational excellence, you'll develop the skills needed to succeed in one of the UK's most competitive industries, fast-tracking your growth as a future professional.
