Job summary

Lidl GB is offering a Construction Graduate programme with a 23-month fixed term contract, spread across regions with Year 1 in a regional base and Year 2 in London. You will rotate through our Real Estate, Retail and Construction teams, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to national initiatives.

You'll participate in planning, project management and operational excellence, receiving mentoring and a defined training path to build expertise from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2:2 or higher.
• Eligible to work in the UK full-time with proof when required.
• Degree in Real Estate, Construction and/or Engineering is essential.
• Strong communication across all levels and ability to work in teams.
• Self-motivation, resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction expertise and management capabilities.
• Spend time in Retail, Logistics and Real Estate teams for broad knowledge.
• Learn how a rapidly growing retail business operates from the ground up.
• Take on real project responsibility and make a tangible difference to the business.
• Work both in teams and independently on sites.
• Gain exposure to a national Real Estate team and learn the market inside-out.
• Understand how a successful Real Estate team operates and what skills you need to thrive.
