Job summary

Lidl invites applications for its Estate & Retail Operations Graduate Programme in Greater London. The 23-month fixed-term contract offers rotation through Supply Chain, Logistics, Real Estate and Head Office teams to build hands-on project management experience.

You will develop technical knowledge, work on large projects, sustainability initiatives and compliance procedures, and join Lidl’s ambitious growth plans with a strong learning culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 degree (any discipline).
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management or related field preferred.
• Self-motivation, resilience and adaptability.
• Effective communication across all levels of the business.
• Live near Tolworth or willing to relocate within commutable distance.
• Full UK driving licence by February.

Our Facilities Management team plays a vital role in keeping Lidl's estate running smoothly, ensuring our stores, warehouses and offices are safe, efficient and fit for the future. As part of our Real Estate department, you'll help manage the spaces that support millions of customers every week.

The Graduate programme allows you to rotate through key areas of our Real Estate operations, gaining hands-on experience in managing large projects, sustainability initiatives and compliance procedures. Learning how to keep our sites operational, cost-effective and support Lidl's ambitious growth plans.

Over the course of the 23-month programme you'll develop the technical knowledge and skills needed to thrive in a fast-paced environment. From project planning to contractor management, you'll grow into a Real Estates and Project Management specialist. What you'll need

• A minimum 2:2 degree (in any discipline)
• A degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management or other relevant discipline is preferred but not essential
• An enthusiastic self-starter with passion, resilience, and adaptability
• Ability to communicate confidently and effectively across all levels of the business
• A passion for playing your part in a team and ability to work independently
• Self-motivation and determination to succeed in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• You will need to live, or be ready to relocate, within a commutable distance from the Head Office in Tolworth
• Possession of a full UK driving licence by 1st February#####7
• To be legally entitled to work in the UK on a full-time basis
