Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking an experienced Senior Acquisitions Consultant to drive the expansion of our North London portfolio. You will manage the full asset lifecycle from site identification to completion, leading negotiations with landlords, authorities, and developers.

You will base out of the regional property office, owning development and planning processes with strong communication and multitasking to meet tight deadlines. This role requires travel and a driving licence.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education (2:2 minimum) required.
• MRICS qualification preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and acquire freehold and leasehold stores.
• Conduct site inspections, appraisals, and due diligence.
• Manage planning applications from submission to consent and conditions.
• Lead expansion, relocation and improvements to current stores.
• Develop and maintain relationships with authorities, landlords, tenants and developers.
• Drive full development and planning process from concept to completion.
• Oversee real estate management of freehold and leasehold assets.
• Train and mentor members of the Property Team.
