Job summary

Lidl Construction Graduate programme offers a paid, 23-month fixed-term contract starting with a region-based first year and London-based second year. The role develops construction and project-management skills across Retail, Logistics and Real Estate teams, with a national scope and a video/face-to-face assessment.

Qualifications include a 2:2 or higher in Real Estate/Engineering/Construction and full UK work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction and/or Engineering required.
• Eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis with proof when required.
• Full UK driving licence by 1 February 2027.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction expertise and management capabilities.
• Spend time in Retail, Logistics and Real Estate teams to gain all-round knowledge.
• Learn how a rapidly growing retail business operates from the ground up.
• Take on real project responsibility and influence business outcomes.
• Work in a team but also be able to work independently on sites.
• Gain exposure to a national Real Estate team and understand market dynamics.
