Job summary

Lidl in London is offering an Estate & Retail Operations Graduate Programme at Head Office. The 23-month fixed-term contract rotates through key Real Estate operations, giving hands-on experience in managing large projects, sustainability initiatives and compliance.

You'll develop technical knowledge, grow as a Real Estates and Project Management specialist, and join a fast-growing retailer known for ambitious growth and strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

• A minimum 2:2 degree (in any discipline).
• A degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management or other relevant discipline is preferred but not essential.
• An enthusiastic self-starter with passion, resilience, and adaptability.
• Ability to communicate confidently and effectively across all levels of the business.
• A passion for playing your part in a team and ability to work independently.
• Self-motivation and determination to succeed in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• You will need to live, or be ready to relocate, within a commutable distance from the Head Office in Tolworth.
• Possession of a full UK driving licence by 1st February 2027
• To be legally entitled to work in the UK on a full-time basis

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise and management capabilities.
• Spend time in our Supply Chain, Logistics, Real Estate, and other Head Office teams, giving you great all-round knowledge.
• Learn how a rapidly growing retail business operates from the ground up.
• Take on real project responsibility and make a tangible difference to our business.
• Gain exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams across the business.
• Understand how a successful Head Office Retail team operates and what skills you need to thrive.
