Job summary

Intelligent Lifts & Escalators is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join the finance team. The role focuses on invoicing accuracy, timely collections, and maintaining healthy cash flow by collaborating with project managers, clients and internal teams.

You will monitor outstanding balances, drive overdue payment resolution, and support process improvements in billing and payment workflows while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control, accounts receivable or similar finance role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable ledgers for timely collections.
• Issue invoices and statements to clients promptly.
• Reconcile accounts to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Follow up on overdue invoices via calls, emails and letters.
