Job summary

Intelligent Lifts & Escalators, part of ORONA, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join its finance team in Gravesend. You will manage invoicing, support payment collection and help maintain healthy cash flow while working with project managers, clients and other finance colleagues.

Key duties include monitoring ledgers, issuing invoices, following up overdue payments, producing debtor reports and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control or accounts receivable roles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with clients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable ledgers for timely collections.
• Issue invoices and statements to clients; reconcile discrepancies.
• Follow up on overdue invoices via calls, emails and letters; implement recovery strategies.
• Build and maintain client relationships to facilitate smooth payment processes.
• Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts, cash flow forecasts and debtor performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve credit control processes and streamline billing workflows.
