Job summary

St Aloysius’ College in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Finance professional to manage Accounts Receivable across tuition and ancillary income. You will ensure accurate and timely funds through internal controls and develop process improvements.

Responsibilities include producing termly tuition bills, credit control, and reconciling receipts, debit/credit cards and cash. You will also generate reports for senior management and perform ledger analyses with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with debt recovery or investigative work preferred.
• High attention to detail with strong liaison skills with parents and external agencies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and databases is essential.

Responsibilities

• Produce termly fee bills for tuition and wraparound income.
• Oversee credit control and reconcile income receipts, cards and cash using the school MIS systems.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management and perform ledger analysis as directed by Finance Manager.
