Job summary

Qualifications

• Educated to a higher level or equivalent experience.
• Experience in debt recovery or investigative work is desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel; experience with databases is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Receivable across all College operations, including tuition and other income.
• Produce termly fee bills and manage credit control.
• Reconcile income receipts, debit/credit cards and cash using the MIS.
• Provide progress reports to senior management and perform ledger analysis.
• Carry out reconciliations and other financial tasks as directed by the Finance Manager.
