Job summary

St Aloysius' College in Glasgow's City Centre seeks a Billing and Credit Control Officer to join the Finance team. You will oversee all Accounts Receivable across tuition fees, wraparound care fees, and related income, ensuring accurate and timely receipts.

The role requires attention to detail, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to liaise with parents and external agencies. A Higher level education or equivalent experience is preferred, with experience in debt recovery considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Educated to Higher level with experience in debt recovery preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Experience with MS Office and finance systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Accounts Receivable across College operations.
• Produce termly tuition fee bills and reconcile income receipts.
• Reconcile debit/credit cards and cash; perform ledger analysis.
• Produce progress reports for senior management.
• Coordinate with external agencies on debt recovery.
