Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for payroll? This international law firm is looking for an Accounting Coordinator to support payroll and finance functions with a particular focus on payroll. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team and contribute to a wide range of financial processes in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll:

  • Administer London payroll in collaboration with Finance and HR teams.
  • Assist with monthly payroll journals for London, Luxembourg, and Singapore.
  • Produce year-end payroll reports (e.g. P11Ds, PAYE Settlement Agreement).
  • Submit monthly payments not handled by outsourced payroll providers (e.g. Childcare Vouchers, Give as You Earn).

Finance Operations:

  • Support VAT return submissions for offices including Germany and Luxembourg.
  • Prepare manual journals for VAT adjustments.
  • Assist with data collection for annual tax submissions and support the tax team.
  • Complete national statistics surveys and respond to audit requests.
  • Manage ENRC invoice processing and scheduling via Basware.

Ad Hoc Tasks:

  • Handle internal and external ad hoc requests.
  • Proactively resolve issues and contribute to project work as needed.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain confidentiality.
  • High attention to detail and a methodical work style.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook; familiarity with Aderant, ADP, Word, and PowerPoint is a plus.
  • Payroll experience is essential.
  • University degree preferred.
  • Experience in law firm finance (minimum 2 years) is advantageous.
