Altum Consulting is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a 4-6 week contract with a UK government-backed organization that funds pioneering research and development to drive global prosperity.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Finance Inbox Management: Monitoring and triaging incoming finance inquiries via the shared inbox.
2. End-to-end Accounts Payable Process: Executing the full AP process, including raising and tracking purchase requisitions and orders, processing supplier invoices and expense claims, preparing payments, responding to queries, and onboarding new suppliers.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven fundamentals in accounts payable, even with limited experience.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.

This is a hybrid contract requiring onsite presence from Tuesday to Thursday at our modern offices in King's Cross. If you are available to start by early June and meet the requirements, please apply today!
