Halliday Marx have partnered with a rapidly expanding SaaS Organisation to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant on a permanent basis. Situated in their Central London offices, this role will report into the Finance Controller.

This role is fully office based, and your key duties will include, but not be limited to:

Duties
  • Responsible for the Accounts Payable function for multiple global entities
  • Preparation of payment runs and adhoc payments within a timely manner
  • Responsible for staff expenses and processing credit card receipts
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Prepare accruals and prepayments for review
  • Assist and support with the year end audit
  • Adhoc projects and tasks are required
The Successful Candidate
  • Previous experience (1‑2 years) working within a fast paced finance function
  • Strong AP experience
  • Excellent communication skills including both written and verbal
  • Exceptional attention to detail and deadline driven
  • Team player with a “can do” attitude
  • Good Excel skills including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
