Office Angels are proud to be supporting a local property company in their search for an organised and detail‑focused Accounts Assistant to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, supporting the finance function and managing property service charge accounts.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial management across the property portfolio. Working closely with Property Managers and suppliers, you’ll help maintain up‑to‑date service charge accounts and support the wider finance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices and allocate costs to the correct properties.
  • Assist with service charge budgets and year‑end accounts.
  • Reconcile expenditure and investigate discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Support general finance administration and respond to leaseholder queries.
About You
  • Previous experience in accounts, finance, or administration (property/service charge experience highly desirable).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
  • Confident using Excel and finance systems.
  • A proactive, organised team player with great communication skills.
