On behalf of our client based in Bellaghy we are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator. We are seeking a detail orientated, experienced account administrator to manage our office, financial transactions, maintain accurate company records and support the directors to ensure smooth financial operations.

Hours of work are Mon - Frid 9am-5pm (part-time will be considered)

Job Description
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Administer month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow and expenditures.
  • Handle discrepancies and resolve billing issues.
  • Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
  • Implement and improve accounting systems and processes.
  • Prepare tax filings and ensure timely submissions.
  • Support senior management with financial analysis and forecasting.
  • General administrative duties to include answer phone, mail, make travel and accommodation bookings for staff etc
  • Must have experience of working North and South of Ireland. To include ROS system and RCT process
Ideal Candidate
  • Must have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Can work independently in office environment, as other staff are site based only in office periodically.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Work to high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience in SAGE software and advanced knowledge of excel.
