We are hiring for a Digital Account Manager to play an integral role within one of our Client Planning teams, requiring deep experience and understanding of digital paid media activation, specifically Search. This role will serve several key clients across various digital channels, including but not limited to paid search, display and online video, as well as some paid social campaigns.
This role requires a strong understanding of how to set up, monitor and optimise digital campaigns and be able to report back to clients on key trends. The position offers significant room for growth and career progression with training provided to cover any knowledge gaps. The primary focus of this role is across Google Ads, however, if you have broader digital experience, this role offers an opportunity to utilise your channel knowledge or learn new channels. You will be responsible for managing large digital budgets, with a strong emphasis on activation. Ensuring best practices are in place and delivering strong performance will be key aspects of the role.
You will be working across two key accounts in the retail and financial services sectors, driving best‑in‑class digital performance strategies; with varied budgets from £3mil to £20mil. One client operates globally across Europe, Canada and Australia, while the other is undergoing an exciting transition from a performance‑led model to a brand‑focused approach, making this the perfect time to join. This role, whilst focusing on search, offers the opportunity to work across multiple channels, including Social and Display/Video. In addition, there will be the opportunity to get involved in new business, which is growing due to new client wins and growth within the current client set.
