Job description

A great opportunity to join a hugely successful supplier to volume retailers and supermarkets as an account manager on menswear.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Communicate with buyers and customers on a day-to-day basis.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships within your team and across departments.
  • Manage product development and the critical path with merchants.
  • Coordinate with fabric, garment tech, merchandising, and design teams to ensure on-time delivery of product development projects.
  • Handle general admin duties including chasing and organising samples, taking photos of garments, and maintaining clear records of submits and approvals.
  • Provide guidance to design teams to align product development with internal and customer strategies.
  • Present new products to customers in collaboration with the design team.
  • Knowledge to negotiate costings with customers in line with their requirements and targets.
  • Represent the company's interests to customers, suppliers, and manufacturers.
  • Ensure flexibility in working hours as required by the business.
  • Travel within the UK
Skills and Qualities

Previous experience working with volume retailers and supermarkets preferred.
