Job summary

BCA is recruiting an Account Manager to support the Senior Account Management team for a portfolio of Major Customers. The role involves ensuring KPI/SLAs are met, managing complaints, and providing timely MI reports to management and customers.

The position includes overseeing the operations support team, guiding workload allocation, and driving performance within agreed timescales. Occasional travel between Thurleigh and Wolverhampton is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of account management and strong customer service experience.
• Ability to collate data and report MI against agreed KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Account Management team in day-to-day management of Major Customers.
• Assist in meeting contractual KPIs/SLAs and communicated with stakeholders.
• Oversee the operations support team for accounts and allocate workloads.
• Develop and apply improvements from learnings to other projects.
