BCA UK in Blackbushe seeks an experienced Operations Account Manager to lead a team of Operational Account Executives across multiple sites. You’ll manage inventory accuracy, sales programme entries and customer relationships while delivering high service standards throughout the remarketing process.

You’ll also oversee dispute resolution, income recovery and proactive stock management to maximise asset returns and ensure timely, accurate invoicing for your accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team across multiple locations with accuracy and pace.
• Strong relationships with internal colleagues and customers to maintain service levels.
• Detail-oriented with disciplined working practices and error-free processes.
• Knowledge of wider business services and products relevant to remarketing.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related tools for reporting and data analysis.
• Experience in the wholesale automotive industry or related sector.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of operational account executives and admin staff.
• Collaborate with Operational Account Management to ensure consistency.
• Engage with sites to drive quality, inventory control, and disputes resolution.
• Proactively manage and review unsold vehicles.
• Ensure quality of sale entries for the area of responsibility.
• Oversee stock management and provide solutions to maintain vehicle churn
• Maximise returns for customer-owned assets within the area.
• Oversee invoicing and charging processes for relevant accounts.
• Act on customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
