We are looking for an Account Manager based in London or Paris as soon as possible.

Your role :

Here are the different tasks you will do on a daily basis :

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key UK clients, managing relationships and supporting their digital adoption.
  • Drive change management, including onboarding, workflow digitization, training, and ongoing user support.
  • Use Power BI (and similar tools) to build dashboards, analyse client data, and present insights that support decision‑making.
  • Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Product and Development teams to resolve them.
