Position Summary

As an Account Manager at Purdicom, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued reseller and MSP partners. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients identify the right solutions for their business, driving revenue and gross profit growth, and ensuring long‑term customer satisfaction.

Principal Duties
  • Retain, manage and grow a portfolio of existing reseller and MSP accounts.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using Purdicom's vendor portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and internal teams (technical, logistics, marketing).
  • Work closely with Pre‑Sales and Technical Support to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Attend vendor training sessions and stay current on product offerings and market trends.
  • Represent Purdicom at events, webinars, and partner meetings as required.
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
  • Proven experience in a B2B sales or account management role, ideally within IT or technology distribution.
  • Strong understanding of wireless, networking, security or cloud technologies (preferred, not essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot).
  • Driven, self‑motivated, and target‑oriented.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
