Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions in Sheffield is looking for an Account Manager to join our office-based team. You will manage a portfolio of customer accounts and their day-to-day jobs while liaising with customers, engineers and internal teams to keep things moving.

No prior account management experience is required; training is provided. The role offers a £30,000 base salary plus monthly bonus and on-call pay, with private healthcare and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Well organised with a good eye for detail.
• Reliable and comfortable taking ownership of your own workload.
• Good communicator able to build relationships with different types of people.
• Proactive, happy to ask questions and get stuck in.
• Comfortable with everyday computer systems (Word, Excel, Teams).
• Any background welcome (customer service, admin, operations, retail management or similar).
