Overview

You'll act as a vital link between customers and the internal team, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and emails from existing and potential customers
  • Accurately process sales orders and provide timely quotations
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients in your territory
  • Conduct site visits to enhance customer engagement and identify upselling opportunities
  • Provide product knowledge and technical advice when needed
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and activity
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment
Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Experience in a similar role (account management, internal sales, customer service, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
