Account Manager

Location: Nottingham
Salary: £35,000 per annum + Bonuses

We are looking for an Account Manager with experience in the electrical wholesale sector to join our client s Nottingham branch. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys developing customer relationships and supporting day-to-day branch operations within a professional trade environment.

Duties of an Account Manager

You will be part of the branch s commercial team and will contribute to both customer service and business growth. Reporting to the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of trade customers and building long-term relationships
  • Reconnecting with dormant accounts and identifying new opportunities
  • Responding to customer queries and offering product guidance
  • Preparing quotations and processing orders using internal systems
  • Sourcing products, including non-stock or specialist items
  • Participating in training sessions and development activities

Skills and Experience of an Account Manager

You will need:

  • Electrical Wholesale experience
