Kairos Recruitment in Derby is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a successful business that specialises in display, print and visual communications. Based in Derby, you will manage and grow key accounts, handle enquiries, prepare quotations and coordinate projects end-to-end.

You will build strong customer relationships, understand requirements, and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts while delivering outstanding service in a busy office setting.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in an Account Manager, Sales Coordinator or Customer Service role.
• Experience within the print, signage, display, graphics or manufacturing sectors would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Experience preparing quotations, estimating or specifying products would be beneficial.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries and projects.
• A proactive, positive approach with a genuine desire to deliver great customer service.
• A commercial mindset and the ability to recognise opportunities to develop accounts.

We are recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to join a successful and established business based in Derby, specialising in display, print and visual communications.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and account management skills who enjoys building relationships, managing customer requirements and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

The role will suit someone who is organised, commercially minded and confident dealing with customers, taking ownership of enquiries and ensuring projects run smoothly from initial enquiry through to completion.
