Kairos Recruitment is helping a Derby-based creative print and display business recruit a Sales Account Manager. You will be the main contact for customers, manage enquiries, prepare quotes, and coordinate with production teams to deliver projects on time.

This 100% office-based role in Derby offers £30,000 - £35,000 DOE, full-time permanent contract, and a dynamic, fast-paced environment with exposure to print, branding, signage and visual projects.

Sales Account Manager - Creative Print & Display

We are recruiting on behalf of an established and growing business within the creative print, display and signage industry, looking for a confident, organised and energetic Sales Account Manager to join their team.

This is a varied role where you'll work closely with customers and internal creative and production teams, helping to manage projects from initial enquiry through to completion while providing an excellent level of customer service.

This is a 100% office-based role in Derby - it is not hybrid or remote.

The Role

No two days will be the same. You'll be involved in a wide range of creative, print, signage, branding and visual projects, becoming a key point of contact for customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building strong relationships with customers and becoming their go-to contact
• Handling incoming enquiries and speaking with customers to understand their requirements
• Preparing quotes and estimates
• Providing updates and project information to customers
• Helping to specify the right products, materials and solutions
• Working closely with creative and production teams
• Booking and coordinating jobs into production
• Keeping projects moving and ensuring deadlines are met
• Resolving customer queries and finding practical solutions to problems
• Managing multiple projects and customer requirements at the same time
• Following up opportunities and helping to grow existing accounts
• Providing outstanding customer service throughout the process
• Learning and developing your knowledge of the creative production industry
• A full UK driving licence would be preferred.

About You

Industry experience would be a major advantage, particularly within print, signage, display, graphics, branding or a similar environment. However, experience isn't essential - the company is much more interested in finding the right person with the attitude and personality to succeed.

Location - IMPORTANT

This is a 100% office-based position in Derby.

The company is specifically looking for someone who is very local to Derby and able to make the daily commute comfortably.

This role is not suitable for candidates looking to work remotely or on a hybrid basis.

Candidates travelling significant distances from locations such as Leicester, Birmingham or Tamworth are unlikely to be considered, as the company is looking for someone who is genuinely local and committed to the long-term opportunity.
