Confidential in Blandford Forum is seeking an Account Manager to support our growing team, managing multiple client accounts, helping expand new business, and retaining valuable client relationships.

The role offers hybrid working, a £35,000 annual salary, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, expense reimbursement, monthly pay, and dedicated learning and development opportunities to help you grow with the business.

Qualifications

• Ideally, 2+ years working in account management, recruitment, client management or a consultative business development position.
• Honest and transparent team player, and able to work independently
• Continuous learning mindset
• Good at listening to clients - understanding customer needs and responding to them

Responsabilités

• Work on two or more accounts simultaneously always and cover colleagues on other accounts, as required
• Provide a consultative approach and regularly update clients on performance of the accounts
• Analyse and deliver the agreed performance levels for clients
• Support the clients and the wider business with new business development.
• Attend conferences, meetings and industry events when required.
• Ensure the CRM is kept up to date at all times with relevant, accurate data.
• Provide an excellent level of service to gain positive client feedback
• Contribute to companywide market intelligence gathering
• Alert other Account Managers to problems and opportunities
