Dovetail Recruitment Ltd in Blandford is recruiting an Account Manager to support a growing team. You will work on multiple client accounts, provide a consultative approach and help retain and expand business from existing clients.

The role offers hybrid working, a salary of £35,000 per annum, Monday to Friday 8:30 am–4:30 pm, with expenses reimbursed by the client and learning and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management or similar role.
• Honest and transparent team player with independence.
• Continuous learning mindset and strong listening skills.

Responsabilités

• Work on two or more accounts simultaneously and cover colleagues as required.
• Provide a consultative approach and regularly update clients on performance.
• Analyse and deliver the agreed performance levels for clients.
• Support clients and the wider business with new business development.
• Attend conferences, meetings and industry events when required.
• Ensure the CRM is kept up to date with accurate data.
• Provide an excellent level of service to gain positive client feedback.
• Contribute to market intelligence gathering.
• Alert other Account Managers to problems and opportunities.
