Job summary

Rexel UK is seeking an ambitious Internal Sales professional at our Wolverhampton branch to provide outstanding service to existing customers and win new business. You will be the main contact by phone, in branch, or by email, delivering a high‑quality sales experience to drive loyalty.

You will manage a live portfolio and build relationships, aiming to grow accounts while supporting the wider branch team with trade counter activity and order fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Ideally you will have experience in a highly competitive, customer‑focussed role with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Customer centric and a self-starter who enjoys developing business through face‑to‑face and phone relationships, becoming the subject matter expert for customers.
• A flexible approach and the ability to work under pressure while identifying business opportunities.
• COLLABORATION: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to achieve shared objectives

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets.
• Provide excellent sales service over the phone, in branch, or via email to drive customer loyalty.
• Be the first point of call for key accounts, understand client requirements, build rapport and grow the portfolio.
• Support the wider branch team, including trade counter and warehouse packing to ensure timely orders.
