Job summary

Flourish in the United Kingdom is seeking an Account Executive who will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, targeting SME clients in the logistics and shipping sector.

This office-based role offers five days on-site with multiple location options (Wellingborough, Reading, or Rusper) and a 12-month training programme to accelerate development and career progression. A strong uncapped commission structure complements base earnings.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Identify and engage prospective SME customers and manage the full 360-degree sales cycle from initial contact to close.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understand shipping and operational requirements, and deliver ongoing support.
• Account Management: Support accounts post-onboarding; manage pricing, billing inquiries, service reviews, and operational queries; collaborate with internal teams to ensure satisfaction; seek growth opportunities.
• Learning & Development: Participate in a structured 12-month training programme to develop sales strategy, negotiation, customer success, and market positioning.
