Job summary

Flourish is seeking an Account Executive in the Preston area to own the end-to-end sales cycle, prospecting and closing opportunities with SMEs. You will build strong client relationships, understand needs, and tailor solutions while enjoying comprehensive training and coaching.

The role emphasises autonomy with pipeline ownership, structured onboarding, and clear progression. A strong drive to succeed in sales will be rewarded with uncapped commission and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing new business.
• Identify and engage potential SME customers.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and tailor solutions.
• Provide ongoing account support and service improvements.
• Handle onboarding, pricing discussions, and billing queries.
• Develop a strong pipeline and drive revenue growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor and support long-term success.
• Work towards performance targets and progression milestones.
