Flourish in Preston is seeking a driven Junior Account Executive to join our growing team. You will manage the full sales cycle, prospect SMEs, and build long-term client relationships while benefiting from comprehensive training and ongoing coaching.

This role offers a structured onboarding programme, uncapped commission, and clear progression milestones as you own your pipeline and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing new business.
• Identify and engage potential SME customers.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and ongoing account support.
• Manage onboarding, pricing discussions, billing queries and service improvements.
• Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Become a trusted advisor to customers and support long-term success.
• Work towards performance targets and progression milestones.
